Shipping policy

The store is based out of Calgary, Canada. Below are estimated shipping times calculated from time of shipping, usually the business day after you make your order:

  • Canada: 4-10 business days
  • USA: 5-11 business days
  • Korea: 10-27 business days
  • International: 10-27 business days
  • International (Canada Post): Varies, select at checkout

We ship via Chit Chats with tracking to Canada, USA, and the countries on this list, except for the European Union (see notice below). Check your email for your tracking number, or reach out to us at contact@90percentstudios.com if you can't find it!
For most of the rest of the world, we ship through Canada Post, which may or may not be tracked depending on your selection at checkout!

We offer Half price shipping on orders over $25 CAD, and free shipping on orders over $45 CAD! (Does not apply to some Canada Post Shipping options)


Destinations outside Canada, USA, and Korea may incur additional taxes/duties upon delivery. Customers from the USA will be charged duties/tariffs at checkout. Sorry for the inconvenience, feel free to contact us for more info!


August 25 2026 - EU Shipping has been suspended!

Following the removal of the €150 De Minimis into the European Union, we have suspended shipping to the EU to avoid hitting you with surprise fees. As of July 1 2026, customers would be charged €3.15 per type of product in their order (stickers, buttons, prints, etc.) upon entering the EU. We could register for an IOSS number so that we could charge and remit the customs duty up front at checkout, but we don't nearly sell enough merch to the EU for this to be worth it.

If you're in the EU and you're sure you want to place a merch order despite the €3.15 duty per type of product, reach out to us at contact@90percentstudios.com with what you'd like to order and we can create an order for you manually! Sorry for the inconvenience. 💔

Environmentally Friendly Packaging

To keep our environmental impact to a minimum we ship almost all our orders in zero-waste packaging! We use 100% recycled honeycomb mailers made from FSC-certified kraft paper. They're both compostable and recyclable, same with the shipping labels themselves!
Posters are shipped in a recyclable mailing tube!
Orders containing only small flat items like mini-prints and stickers may reach you in a recyclable envelope!
